Create your own individual wedding menu. The following suggestions are a guide and will give you an idea of the type of dishes that are available however we are happy to consider and discuss any food choices with you.
Select two dishes from each course, to be served alternately to guests.
ENTREE CHOICES
Prawns
Prawns wrapped in prosciutto on a fresh rocket and caper salad drizzled with garlic aioli.
Grilled Asparagus
Grilled asparagus topped with a chopped hard boiled egg and dressed with hollandaise sauce.
Seafood Chowder
A creamy chowder rich with seafood, topped with garlic croutons.
Mediterranean Style Antipasto
A selection of cold meats and marinated roasted vegetables.
Salmon Gravlax
Cured dill infused salmon slices served with preserved lemon and crispy bread.
Rare Roast Beef
Rare roast beef finely sliced and set on potato salad served with horseradish cream.
MAINS CHOICES
Grilled Fresh Atlantic Salmon
A crispy fillet of Atlantic Salmon set on chopped spinach, a roasted chipped potatoes
and delicately masked with a lemon and caper sabayon.
Fillet Mignon
Tender eye fillet wrapped with thinly sliced speck, served medium on mash
with caramelised carrots, steamed vegetables and finished with a mushroom sauce.
Chicken Breast
Pan seared, sage scented chicken breast served with seasonal vegetables,
baked sweet potato and dressed with a red pepper rouille.
Pork Loin
Grilled lean pork loin served with roasted garlic and rosemary chipped potatoes,
set on a green pea compote and finished with a red wine jus.
Beef Bourguignon
A classic french beef dish slow cooked with baby onions, carrot puree, red wine and mushrooms.
Rich and rustic but also elegant, served with steamed brocolli and creamy mashed potato.
Black Angus Sirloin Steak
Pepper crusted oven finished sirloin served with mixed green salad leaves and potatoes roasted in duck fat
finished with a bearnaise sauce.
DESSERT
Chocolate Lovers Plate
A plate of delectable assorted chocolate morsels.
Panna Cotta
Frangelico infused panna cotta served with a berry coulis.
Sticky Date Pudding
A classic favourite served with thickened cream.
Tiramisu
The traditional Italian coffee dessert.
