Create your own individual wedding buffet. The following suggestions are a guide and
will give you an idea of the type of dishes that are available however
we are happy to consider and discuss any food choices with you.
CARVERY
Select one main dish which will be carved at the buffet.
Mediterranean Roast Beef
Lean beef rump coated with a herb and mustard crust then slow roasted Italian style in its own juice.
Traditional Italian Porchetta
Pork loin rubbed with a blend of garlic, shallot, basil and parsley mixture then rolled.
It is then coated with sea salt and olive oil before being roasted served with crackling.
Fragrant Roast Lamb
Tender young lamb spiked with rosemary and garlic slivers, then basted with red wine, sea salt and olive oil while slow roasting to perfection.
Roast Chicken
Old fashion roast chicken cut into pieces and served in a succulent chicken gravy.
Marinated Baked Leg Ham
Whole leg ham, bone in, skinned and studded with cloves then coated with an orange and cranberry glaze and slow baked.
Whole Baked Fish
Seasonal whole fish, baked with aromatic herbs and spices in its own juices with a splash of white wine. Served whole on tray.
HOT DISHES

Beef Bourguignon
A classic french beef dish with red wine and mushrooms, rich and rustic but also elegant, comfort food at its best.
Chicken Marsala
Chicken pieces slow cooked with a medley of fragrant vegetables and infused with the sweet taste of marsala wine and a hint of mustard.
Meat or Vegetarian Lasagna
The classic comfort food rich and aromatic with lashings of our own cheese sauce.
Meatballs
Gourmet meatballs served in a creamy mushroom sauce or a piccante tomato sauce.
Chicken Cacciatore
Farmhouse style chicken slow cooked in a rich red wine and vegetable sauce.
Warm Vegetable Medley
Seasonal vegetables oven roasted in olive oil and balsamic vinegar tossed with steamed green vegetables and a honey mustard dressing.
