Terms and conditions

 

Booking

A wedding is not “booked” until such time as the agreed deposit has been paid in full. A deposit of  20% is required to confirm a booking and is non refundable unless we are advised six (6) months prior to the booked date. Confirmation of numbers attending is required a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the function and the final number a minimum of two (2) days prior to the event after which no further alterations may be made.

All inclusive wedding packages

If booking an all inclusive wedding package please be advised that any items deleted from the package will NOT incur a reduction in cost. Should you wish to add to the package any additions will be charged for at the quoted price.

Exclusive use of venue

Exclusive use of the garden area requires a booking of a minimum of fifty (50) full paying guests, excluding children. If a wedding has less than 50 full paying guests and exclusivity is required a room charge will be incurred. Please note that if the garden is not booked as exclusive it may, at the discretion of the management, be shared with regular diners and would mean that live music, disco and or dancing would not be available.

Sundays and public holidays

Use of the facilities on Sundays and public holidays will incur a 20% surcharge and requires a booking of a minimum of sixty (60) full paying guests without exception.

Final Payment

Catering and beverage packages must be paid for in full seven (7) days prior to the reception or function. Cash or credit card only. If paying by cheque payment to be made a minimum of fourteen (14) working days prior to the event.

Beverages

All beverages are charged on a fixed price package or by consumption. Bella Luna is fully licenced, BYO is not permitted prior to, during or after the ceremony and reception. No beverages are to be removed from the premises. Beverages charged for on a consumption basis require that the agreed amount be paid in full prior to the reception and any outstanding amount over and above the agreed limit are to be settled in full at the conclusion of the function. A signed credit card slip will be required to be completed with the amount charged at the conclusion of the function

Special Requests

All special requests must be advised and agreed to in writing at the time of booking, special dietary requirements must be advised a minimum of 7 (seven) working days prior to the reception/function.

Insurance

Bella Luna agrees to take all possible care but accept no responsibility for loss or damage to merchandise or personal property prior to, during or after a function. Bella Luna will accept no liability for personal injuries caused as a result of intoxication, accident or physical altercation on or off the premises.

Damage/loss

Clients are financially responsible for any damage or loss caused to the restaurant, its facilities or property.

& 5.30pm to late
Sun: closed
 
The Deli is open from:
Mon–Fri: 9.00am to 5.00pm
Sat: 10.00pm to 4.00pm
Sun: closed
